This listed duplex apartment was completely stripped out and refurbished, all the orginal paneling was retained and replicated where necessary, extensive works were carried out to the large reception room where the orginal parquet floor was completely replaced. A new cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, master suite were arranged to suit the clients requirements, including the integration of an existing lightwell into the new scheme to become a glass roofed study area.
