Complete refurbishment of a listed town house, including a substantial double basement dig to the attached mews house behind housing a gym, Jacuzzi, hamam, staff accommodation as well as plant and storage areas. We drastically increased the square footage of the house with further extensions including reclaiming the vaults under the street to create a fantastic wine store and opening up the loft to provide further accommodation.
