We were commissioned to undertake works to an apartment on the ground floor of a former Warehouse on the Thames.  The warehouse had previously in been converted in the 80’s, although cheaply, so all of the services and finishes required replacing.  The biggest challenge was to introduce as much light as possible and to make as much use of the existing footprint. The client had an extensive collection of art and furnishings which needed to be rehoused from their previous apartment in Amsterdam.
